Analysis

We received this clip and noticed the audio is a few seconds off from the video, but this does not impact the analysis of the audio portion.  Even though it can be a bit distracting at first, we found the results worth publishing.  Watch the Believability Meter carefully as it tracks the statements of the new Army Secretary as he tries to explain his version of the "mistakes were made" position.
