Analysis

Throughout the debate it seemed that Governor Palin was well rehearsed.  She knew the appropriate things to say and how to say them. However, it does not appear as though she believed all of what she was saying.  Early on she spikes the Meter red with her description of John McCain (29 seconds).  If you watch the near the end of the clip, you'll see that Governor Palin spikes red again as she does not appear to believe herself that Senator Obama really voted against funding for the troops.

I don't think you are reading your instrument well. Remember, it measures emotion, not "truthiness". I think that she believes that Obama really voted against funding the troops. You're measuring ANGER, not lies.
