This is getting very confusing.  Even Barack seems unsure.  First, he blames Mr. Bush for not talking with Iran and North Korea, and blames him for their increased strength.  Then he says that the President has been talking to North Korea and that's why they've dismantled their nuclear program.  Well, which is it?  Of course, if Mr. Bush had made more sense in the first place, we might not be in the mess we are now... maybe.  Watch how the Believability Meter sorts through it all.  Let us know if it helps.
