This is Mitt Romney's speech where he announced that he was dropping out of the 2008 Presidential race.  We ran the Meter on him to see what might be going on and we have to admit something:  not everything you hear in a political race is spun and Mitt is certainly speaking from his heart on this one.  There was a little bit of spin on his statement that it was not an easy decision to drop out but we'll forgive him.  Let's face it, when you have spent millions of dollars of your own money and you cannot win the primary of the state next door, it really is an easy decision!
