Listening to Michael Brown of FEMA makes it perfectly clear why the words, "We're from the government and we're here to help you"put the fear of God in so many souls.  Listen as Brownie tells us what he knew and what he's going to do to help the survivors.  He's working very hard at sounding tough.  Too bad the Believability Meter is listening along.  Don't you wish we'd been there then?  We bet the survivors do.  You tell us what you think.
