Have you ever had a friend turn on you?  Dogged by rumors of steroid use, a defiant Marion Jones held a press conference several years ago and announced that the "truth is my friend".   Despite reading from a practiced and prepared statement, the Believability Meter senses the conflict she felt as she puts extra emphasis on her statement she had "never, ever used performance enhancing drugs".  The clip ends with a bit of foreshadowing as Marion states the importance of retaining her most treasured attribute...her reputation.
