Lane Kiffin talks to reporters about his recent termination as the Raiders head coach. Speaking from the front seat of his car, the Believability Meter thinks Kiffin is sincere about his disappointment with owner Al Davis' decision, and Kiffin's high hopes for the future of the Raiders as a team. On the other hand, the Believability Meter seems to think Kiffin is being less than candid about the personal conversations with players, in which he delivered the bad news, perhaps because Kiffin told them some of his feelings about Davis that are better not expressed on television. Also worth noting is the Believability Meter's reaction to Kiffin's claim that he will discuss all the details of his situation at a press conference the following day. That comment drew red, then conference was subsequently canceled. The Believability Meter thinks Kiffin may already have known it would not take place. Is Al Davis or Lane Kiffin the problem in Oakland? Tell us what you think.
