Analysis

Ken Lewis, CEO of Bank of America, tries to address the fears of nationalization that have been dragging down his company's stock prices for weeks now. Lewis tries to reassure his shareholders as well as the general public in claiming that no one has even "hinted" that nationalization of the bank could be coming.

Considering the sizable losses Bank of America incurred with their acquisition of Merrill Lynch, there may be something to the nationalization rumors. Is Bank of America too big to fail?
