The Believability Meter's reaction to Kanye's explanation for making his, "George Bush hates black people" comment makes us worry that even Kanye isn't clear.  It appears as though he's scrambling fast to think of an explanation, which seems odd given that he obviously wasn't thinking when he made the remark in the first place.  Tourette sufferers may or may not agree with the Believability Meter, but they might just take umbrage to his explanation regardless.   Tell us what you think.
