Analysis

John McCain gives this video interview about Barack Obama's inauguration to Larry King, ostensibly to show what a gracious loser he is. The Believability Meter says he's anything but. When McCain tries to claim the inauguration was a "time of celebration" and that Obama's speech was "excellent" the red readings go off the charts.

Clearly John McCain still harbors some resentment toward Barack Obama. Even three months after the election, the Believability Meter says McCain has not accepted his loss. Of course, he would never admit that on national television. Do you think John McCain is just trying to get back in the public favor by jumping on the Obama bandwagon?
