Since the advent of Palinmania, we, like the mainstream media, are guilty of virtually ignoring Joe Biden. Well, no longer. Here, Biden makes his RealScoop debut, claiming boldly in New Hampshire that Hillary Clinton is at least as qualified as he is to be Barack Obama's running mate. The Believability Meter says he may not really think that's true, but New Hampshire was Clinton territory in the primaries, so it's not totally surprising that Biden is making a play for her supporters.
