This clip, produced by TalkingPointsMemo.com, involves Jerry Falwell appearing on Pat Robertson's show just two days after the attacks on September 11th.  We thought it would be interesting to have the Belivability Meter analyze Falwell's statements about the US deserving the attacks.  He leads off with a statement that more attacks like 9/11 will happen if God allows the enemies of the US to "give us what we deserve" (0:12).  He appears to believe the ACLU is responsible, but did he also believe that these attacks happened because of the issues of abortion and taking God out of the school system (0:42)?  Falwell then goes on to list a whole group of people he claims have made God mad and that he "points the finger in their face and say you helped this happen" (1:07).  Do you believe he really meant it?
