Obama discusses his plan for talking with Iran, for which he has received a lot of criticism. However, when he tries to invoke Henry Kissinger's words as the foundation of his position, the Believability Meter spikes red and it is not believable. McCain, on the other hand, steadfastly believes in no preconditions for negotiating with rogue states like Iran and the Meter supports him by remaining green, including the assertion that Kissinger supports his position.

What I think jlm is really saying is that either there is no real difference between the their policies OR that both of them are talking out of both sides of their mouths. Either way, it seems that they're just willing to say anything that will get them elected.

It seems to me that McCain is agreeing with Obama except for the statement about Kissinger.
