Harvey Levin of TMZ discusses, in this video interview, the photo of music star Rihanna that TMZ released which allegedly shows her after being beaten by Chris Brown.  The LAPD has opened an investigation into how the photo was leaked, pretty much verifying its authenticity.  Harvey claims that TMZ obtained the photo legally and the Believability Meter backs him up in that assertion along with his claim that TMZ never discloses where they get their photos.  Assuming TMZ did get the photo legally, do they have a right to share it with the world or does Rihanna have a more important right to privacy?
