No surprise, Wagoner passes the buck here, claiming that GM's woes are not due to any fault of their own, but simply the result of unfortunate market conditions brought about by the global financial crisis. The Believability Meter is not convinced in this video though, staying red when he claims that the problems are not with their "business plan."
