Analysis

Mr. Sabatini is very impressive demonstrating his bureaucratic acumen before a rapt congress and almost-awake audience.  He assures us that he's right on top of the situation--since the airlines can no longer do his job for him.  Yet, we find it very disconcerting that what he's telling us doesn't seem to fly.  Watch the Believability Meter, and tell us if you really think the FAA doesn't have its collective head in the clouds.
