Analysis

Senator Obama discusses his plan for talking with rogue states, in this instance, Iran.  Ever since he first mentioned his idea for talking with Iran, and received a lot of criticism for it, he has been trying to restate his position while not admitting he was wrong or changing.  He even notes that President Bush has recognized the wisdom of the position.  However, when he tries to invoke Henry Kissinger's words as the foundation of his position, it is not believable.   When he claims that Kissinger actually spoke the words he is referring to (1:15) the Believability Meter pops red.
