Leonard Padilla says the Anthony family declined an opportunity to take a polygraph test regarding the whereabouts of little Caylee Anthony who has now been missing since at least July 15. The Believability Meter backs Padilla's account for the most part, although it seems to think his direct quotes might be a little suspect.
